The induction training week was a little long and repetitive. I didn't come out the end with a good understanding of the company and the company structure. I learnt and gained all that knowledge in the first working week sitting with my supervisors and they deconstructed the company and into Alliances etc.

Given my short tenure so far and the nature of my role I have been performing on the job training as I go. There have also been a few additional workshops to understands other areas which are important to my role. So far my training has helped me develop my time management skills and facilitated professional communication skills.
