Certificate 4 in WHS is a great initiative. Formal training other than this could be improved

training related to safety as we are working on construction sites at times

The induction training week was a little long and repetitive. I didn't come out the end with a good understanding of the company and the company structure. I learnt and gained all that knowledge in the first working week sitting with my supervisors and they deconstructed the company and into Alliances etc.

Too much training as a graduate that has a focus on interpersonal skills which I don't think is necessary.

Had an entire week of induction, numerous training sessions and appropriate safety training. Completed Construction Induction, Train Track Safety Awareness, as well as how to use numerous workplace software

Given my short tenure so far and the nature of my role I have been performing on the job training as I go. There have also been a few additional workshops to understands other areas which are important to my role. So far my training has helped me develop my time management skills and facilitated professional communication skills.

Training programs are good, there are structured ones we have to attend and options for self led training as well. Training is encouraged as long as it can be applied to work

Training provided for all required qualifications when working in rail corridor.

Emotional Awareness, TTSA and White card so far.

Lots of training programs are offered throughout the graduate program. Using TRIM software.

Many training programs have already been conducted and there are ongoing opportunities on a regular basis which are both compulsory or voluntary.

First 15/20 days are training for us. It's intense, but highly beneficial.

We have been given a lot of training

Structured buddy/supervisor and mentor system as well as structured training seminars. Within my first week I had attended several training seminars both role specific as well as in other areas of the business.

The training opportunities are fantastic at LXRA and they seem happy to provide further training to individuals who seek it.

Rail safety Awareness, Construction Induction

In the finance and accounting space there is limited formal training programmes. There is a platform at Department level that can accessed quite readily and employees can enroll themselves for training they see relevant.
