Step 2: You'll be sent a numerical assessment (approx. 40 minutes)
Step 3: You will then be sent an on-demand video interview. This is a recorded video interview about your motivation for Maven (approx. 20 minutes)
Step 4: You're invited to interview! Expect to cover technical questions, including those focused on logical and numerical reasoning (approx. 40 minutes)
Step 5: It's the final round. Their Assessment Day will be an opportunity to get to know more of the team, while showing them your technical ability, logical approach to problem solving, and drive & motivation (approx. 4 hours)
Salary range: Competitive (TBA) plus annual discretionary bonus award
Travel: They offer financial support to relocate to any of their regional offices
Career Growth: They tend to stay away from complicated hierarchical job titles, however, they will support you as a Trader to progress as quickly as you are comfortable with to enable you to fulfil your potential
