McGrathNicol recognises the importance of improving access to opportunities for Indigenous businesses and encouraging Indigenous employment.

This is actively supported through our partnership with CareerTrackers, an Indigenous Internship Program, which offers paid work experience to Indigenous university students for a period of 4-12 weeks.

The firm has a longstanding relationship with Red Dust, a not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the health and strengthen the future of Indigenous youth and families. The firm supports Red Dust through fundraising and community immersion support, providing staff secondment opportunities to volunteer in remote communities.
