Oliver wyman has a very high base for young consultants, compared to the rest of the market. Bonuses are low.

Graduate pay package is very competitive, sign on bonus is big and end of year bonuses can also be material depending on performance

Pay is fair and bonuses are material contingent on continued progression through company. There are also substantial other benefits, especially if travelling for work (which is common)

Flexible working arrangements (time and location), free dinners/travel on projects, international project work

We get 'free time'! which is paid leave additional to your allocated 25 days when and as needed for you to take. We also get recharge days every 6 months which is additional leave - meaning you get upwards of ~27 days of paid leave a year.

Leave policy is quite flexible with the option to take extended unpaid leave. Paid leave is above minimum requirements in australia. While on projects, consultants are reimbursed for expenses when working late. Free drinks in the office and free happy hour on fridays!

Best perk was a firm-wide offsite which consisted of 3 days at an overseas resort

All staff offsite (last years was in Thailand), lots of hampers, taxis and dinner paid for if you work late, many staff social events like lunches and dinners
