As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you’ll work in agile teams and gain experience in all aspects of our technology business. The graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in software development, data and/or engineering. You’ll gain exposure to regular deployment cycles for technology solutions and can engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to translate technical requirements to non-technical people and vice versa. Graduates will also be encouraged to complete one rotation in one of our Corporate Services functions to ensure a holistic development approach.
You will have completed a certificate, degree, or major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program, you’ll work in our award-winning Member Services team, as well as experience one rotation in one of our Corporate Services functions. The Member Services Graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in a customer-led environment. You’ll gain exposure to data and analytics, business analysis, and project management, and engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to solve problems that directly impact our members.
You will have completed a certificate, degree or major in Customer Experience (CX), Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Law or related discipline.

The first stage of the recruitment process will involve completing an online application form.

We encourage you to complete this form in one sitting and have all your relevant supporting documentation readily available (i.e. resume, academic transcript, proof of citizenship etc.).
Successful candidates will be invited to complete an online psychometric assessment. These assessments are designed to continuously challenge and stretch you, and although each question is not time limited, your response time is recorded and will contribute to your result.

This stage involves completing a video interview. You will be asked to answer 3-4 questions designed to help us get to know you better. We encourage you to be yourself and answer truthfully.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a virtual Assessment Centre. We will confirm the specific date and time once you successfully pass Step 3. Please note that the dress code for an Assessment Centre is casual business attire.
