What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is getting to market (it is higher than mid tier firms but a little below top tier/ international firms). It is still a little behind but will hopefully catch up in the coming year.

One perk that I was pleasantly surprised by was our firm sent the graduates from around Australia to the Melbourne office for one week of orientation and it was a great way to meet all of the graduates so that we could form friendships.

Amazing end of trip facilities and exercise classes (yoga, Pilates, boxing and more). Fresh fruits and snacks are provided and there are often catered lunches. Tea and coffee available, and sparkling water on tap.
