There are not only regular trainings that are compulsory to graduates. There is also a platform that provides trainings on legal knowledge, legal skills, professional development and soft skills. Employees can choose whichever sessions they would like to attend. It is very comprehensive and internationally-connected.

Formal training is fantastic, we have plenty of training opportunities ever week to develop hard and soft skills.

There's a variety of training available - a graduate academy, an online portal, junior training and firm-wide training. The graduates receive a structured training schedule, including general concepts and specific training related to a certain team or sector.

Training is a little bit less structured than you may experience at one of the big 6. However, what is lacking in this respect is definitely made up by getting opportunities to cut your teeth on important/interesting work that is generally not available for graduates at other firms.

There is almost weekly CLE training sessions, which you can get involved in and deliver with senior lawyers if you wish to do so. Training on the job has also been good, as you work closely with more senior lawyers and can learn from them.
