Playbright Rosebery Graduate Programs & Internships

  • Education & Training

At Playbright they believe learning starts from birth and that the journey is just as important as the destination. Each step is significant, feeling safe to learn through mistakes and building confidence is paramount. This understanding has guided them to a more holistic approach to learning. Through their daily routines both structured and spontaneous, combined with creative play and exploration we foster true lifelong learning.

Incorporating the National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education to provide the necessary skills for lifelong learning they provide activities based around science, early literacy and numeracy, mathematics, physical activity, imaginative and dramatic play, health and nutrition and social skills. They understand that children’s learning is dynamic and personal, which is why each child is encouraged to progress towards childhood milestones at their own pace.

Playbright feels children learn best when exploring their interests, therefore they ensure that their curriculum connects to your child’s everyday life. Individual planning is driven by the ideas, information and questions presented by each child in response to their curiosities and passion.

Using this principle as the foundation, their educators strongly consider each child’s specific needs, unique abilities, cultural background, learning style and experiences shared with family and community to develop individual programming goals.

Playbright school readiness program or the transition of being ‘ready for school’ is supported in their preschool room. They take a holistic approach combining structured teacher lead experiences and shared learning opportunities designed to motivate, stimulate, and engage children preparing them for the next stage in their educational Journey.
