REA Group is not your average digital business. From humble beginnings in a garage in Melbourne’s east in 1995, we have grown into a leading global digital business, specialising in property.
With bold and ambitious goals, we are changing the way the world experiences property. No matter where you're at on your property journey, we're here to help with every step - whether that's finding or financing your next home.
Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we’re proud to be named in Australia’s “Top 5” Best Workplaces two years in a row, as well as being recognised as a Best Workplace for Women.
The Sales Coordinator sits within the Residential & Commercial Sales team. We partner with our sales team and clear the path so they can to deliver best in class customer experiences and strategic outcomes to market.
With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red & blue house are very passionate about what they do.
Based in Subiaco, we’re looking for that special spark! Someone with passion and values that mirror our own.
You’re also a good fit if you’re hungry to learn the ins and outs of the Residential & Commercial space at REA. In this sense, we’re looking for someone who:
The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about. This is a place to learn and grow. We’re committed to your development – both professionally and personally. Your experience with us is something we take seriously.
We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe teams with diverse ideas and experiences are more creative, more effective and fuel disruptive thinking - be it cultural and ethnic backgrounds, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other identity or lived experience. We know diverse teams are critical to maintaining our success and driving new business opportunities. If you've got the skills, dedication and enthusiasm to learn but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.
If you like the sound of us, then we think you should apply today. We're proud to be Circle Back Initiative Employer and we commit to respond to every applicant. While we're looking at your application, and preparing to come back to you with an update, why not get to know us a bit more through our various social channels?

Technology
We are a multinational digital advertising business specialising in property. We are more than a website and app, we are a digital disrupter.
Highly talented colleagues who love to teach, great work-life balance, modern technologies and practices.
Undoubtedly the best thing about working at REA Group is the culture. Socially the type of people working there are the best of the best, whilst being really sociable and the learning culture riddled throughout day to day work is strongly supported.
There are a lot of learning opportunities available. The work is diverse and generally quite interesting The people you work with are skilled and mostly very kind.
Great culture, inclusiveness and a lot of opportunities to learn. Also being able to work on projects that follow really good software development practices.
Internal training. Company culture. Autonomy and trust to get objectives done. Can pursue other adjacent special interest areas. Opportunities to move around the company to different areas and fields.
The culture is great - space to grow and focus on self development. Diverse and welcoming people. Great work life balance.
The culture! REA Group has done an incredible job of an inclusive, supporting and encouraging atmosphere.
Worst thing about REA Group is probably the size of the company as a graduate whilst working from home was very challenging during COVID. It's hard to have any real understanding of the business as such a large company whilst rotating through smaller teams.
Too many meetings sometimes.
Getting larger, with scaling comes more corporate structure but still good at allowing individuals to grow.
The fact that it is a large company. There is something like 800 people just working in the Melbourne office. It's impossible to know them all and sometimes that makes it hard to know who the right person to reach out too for certain tasks is.
