My manager is also my mentor. We are in constant communication in our everyday work, especially when collaborating ideas. We also meet up fortnightly to check in on any recent developments. As an entire team, we also have weekly meetings.

Managers are very accessible and always open to hearing your feedback and concerns. They are mostly senior traders so they know what it's like being in the shoes of a junior, and have a lot of knowledge and guidance to offer.

The managers and mentors at the company are great, and really helpful. Feedback is provided formally twice a year, with also ongoing informal feedback

Current management is accessible, approachable and very forward looking. In general it feels like there is a sense of trust, and management will back you in your decisions and trading ideas if you present them well.

I am very satisfied with the managers, generally approachable and given we work together on a team, have a common goal. Managerial input can be limited at times, which isn't a bad thing - you're always able to turn to them for assistance, but will often be hands off and allow you to be self directed. Sig holds formal reviews every 6 months, impact on desk is fairly apparent.

Everyone in a management role seems like they genuinely want me to succeed and thrive. There is a variety of personalities and communication styles and you can really find someone that manages you that you resonate with. Performance feedback is scheduled and clear, though could be slightly more often.

My manager is always there to talk with. We organize 1: 1 every three weeks to discuss my current progress or if there is anything i need to improve or work on later.

My manager is my team lead and i have a separate mentor in my team. They are both incredibly open and supportive. Further, i meet with them every week to ensure i am on the right track and advancing. They provide performance feedback and help guide me where i can improve and praise where i am doing well.

My manager sits 2 desks away from me, and i we are constantly communicating. They are very experienced programmers who are excellent mentors. I have regular check-ins with them to ensure i am performing ok. They will regularly congratulate me and give constructive feedback,

Managers are also traders, interaction is very common and almost daily. Very functional communication which is outcome based, almost no useless meetings.
