Attention to details whilst writing a resume and cover letters, as they are always overloaded with applicants and that is usually the way they filter applications. That is by looking for spelling/grammar mistakes at first, followed by a more in-depth analysis of the video interview.

Grades are not everything. Being an all-rounder is what the company looks for when going through applications. Make sure to make an effort on all aspects of your life, not just the education aspect. Volunteer, join clubs, go for networking events etc.
