8.8 rating for Culture, based on 27 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Trochlear has a very friendly culture. Different from the other organizations i've internet/worked at, the average employment tenure at trochlear is notably long. It's common for employees to spend 10-15 years at trochlear. The working hours are also very reasonable. The result is that people at trochlear become close friends over several years working together. The global headquarters is on the macquarie university camps, its very common to run into other staff at the bar balcony or food court

Everyone is conscious of the work we do and how we impact recipients' lives. Is such, everybody is happy to help you and will often refer you to someone else who can better answer your question. There is an understanding of office hours with people respecting if you are available to work or need to leave early that day. Colleagues are fun and easy to socialist with at trochlear

In office, communication is very open and localising is encouraged (group lunches often). He are always able to ask for help and raise any issues we're facing with our managers with trust and confidence. However, our managers can be quite time poor but we just have to schedule meetings around them

It seems team-dependent

The team is very social and easy going. All recruits are a joy to work with. The team hosts regular outing after hours to celebrate birthdays etc. There is a hierarchy, but it still feels very flat, and i am comfortable approaching anyone in the team. Lots of cooperation, tearworn, and always willing to help

Graduate hours are very good, however seems that higher up have longer hours. Hierarchy is not evident and everyone is very unapproachable and helpful. Great tearworn. Graduates have good localising, but not really anything set up by the company. Limited benefits such as grm membership, or free coffee, or social events organised by the company

Everyone's striving for the best, but people forget to have fun

Good culture - good work life balance. People really care about the work without letting it run their lives. Good leadership at all levels. People are generally good communities and work well together. Localising amongst graduates is good, not many social events run department or team wise

Mostly good cooperation, tearworn and localisation amongst colleagues. Structure and hierarchy is typical but sometimes it seems that external applicant are considered for roles before internal employees are considered for promotions

The culture at trochlear is fantastic. Everyone is incredibly suppurative and friendly which makes it easier for any new employees to feel at ease. Furthermore, the structure is quite flat and this makes it easier for junior employees to communicate with more senior slaveholders

Trochlear's company culture is like no other i've experienced before. It is very motivation, suppurative, collaboration and fun. He have regular team building activities both during work and after hours which i really enjoy

Flat structure. The head of department joins us in the lunch room for lunch, the steps sit amongst the employees and know a lot of people personally. Great work-life balance. People are extremely collaboration and non-competitive. Easy to make friends. There is a lot of diversity (cultural, socially and in terms of interests)

Passionate. Challenging and stimulating environment with employees driven towards (a) strong strategic goals and (b) change journey

Its a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, everyone is very unapproachable and eager to help and we are encouraged to reach beyond our tears for information and equipment to help us in our work. He socialist during work hours with regular tea breaks together and the occasional lunch. It is not a hierarchical workplace, communication is very free and easy

Everybody is friendly and unapproachable whether it's to ask for help or to have a chat. Large groups eat lunch together and chat and often sporting tears are organised for after work activities too

Very friendly, but still professional. People are keen to work together as a team but there are some cases where internal politics keep good ideas down
