Pros & Cons

The people and culture are very nice. Good work-life balance.
Very flexible working arrangement. The leadership actively communicates the company's vision with everyone.
Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful. They care about your career and try to provide many opportunities and prospects.
We have access to a wide range of interesting projects and are constantly challenged with new problems.
I have an exceptionally high proportion of projects I really enjoy.

There is a lack of work especially for grads, and unrealistic utilisation expectations.
Too much bureaucracy. Not enough promotions & raises
Not all the teams have the same level of leadership. This leads to varying levels of being overworked or under-managed.
Progressing slowly. There are not many opportunities for rotations in different teams.
Pay is below my experience level.
