SLB Reconciliation Action Plan for Australia—building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

SLB recognizes the rights of distinct peoples living in various regions to self-determined development and control of ancestral lands. Where activities are undertaken on lands traditionally owned by or under customary use of indigenous peoples, we are committed to building strong relationships with the indigenous communities, interacting respectfully, and helping economically empower indigenous communities where we operate.

We have an SLB Reconciliation Action Plan for Australia—a road map to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and reducing Aboriginal inequalities in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Southern Cross University acknowledges and pays respect to the ancestors, Elders and descendants of the Lands upon which we meet and study. We are mindful that within and without the concrete and steel of buildings these Lands always were and always will be Aboriginal Land.
