SLB aims to provide support that empowers and equips people who have different needs to achieve their full potential.

Our vision to improve the workplace for our employees with a disability, health condition, or medical condition— including nonvisible—and caregivers, is shaped around three main areas:

Culture: Helping our managers and employees to understand what we are trying to achieve and how it benefits everyone by expanding our training for all employees to promote a more inclusive workplace.

Talent: Encouraging and empowering our people to play a proactive role in driving change. We in our HR processes to improve diversity and promote a more inclusive future for the company.

Environment: Seeking sustainable opportunities to better support our people and engage with the communities in which we live and work.

We have also launched a new employee resource group (ERG) called ThisAbility Network. Through the ThisAbility ERG, we aim to build a community and better understand the needs of different employees across the company and to provide a space for employees with disabilities or carer responsibilities to share experiences—if they wish to.
